Org Behavior (7 Days)

This blog post is part of a series where I chronicle my advancement through WGU’s Bachelor of Science, Business – Information Technology Management degree. It includes detailed reports on my study methods and strategies as well as occasional tips and tricks. To see all entries in this series, click the “WGU” link under “Categories” on the left sidebar (bottom of the page if viewing on mobile).

To be fair, I have a lot of background knowledge in Organizational Behavior, and so this class did not pose much of a challenge. As a result, I don’t remember this class very well, but I’ll share what I do remember of my study:

  1. Listening to the lectures was probably the most beneficial thing I did for study:
    1. There are videos available for download for each unit. So I:
      1. Downloaded the videos
      2. Converted them to MP3’s with VLC
      3. Uploaded them to my Overcast (iPhone app) account
      4. I listened to the lectures, via the Overcast app, any time I was in my car
  2. I also made some flashcards to study
  3. Took and passed a Pre-Assessment (Exemplary)
  4. Took and passed the OA
